Professional Use
Access is granted specifically for legitimate business purposes. Any attempt to scrape data, reverse-engineer our proprietary analytics models, or disrupt service integrity is strictly prohibited.
Account Security
Your credentials are your gateway to the hub. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access and for all activities that occur under your institutional profile.
Regional Compliance
Usage must comply with the Royal Decree of the Sultanate of Oman regarding data protection, electronic transactions, and cybersecurity protocols.
Guardians of the Methodology.
Every algorithm, visualization style, and structural report generated by Oman Data Methodology remains the exclusive intellectual property of the company. These terms grant you a limited, non-transferrable license to view and utilize the outcomes of our analytics hub for your internal business decision-making.
Redistribution, white-labeling, or sale of our methodologies to third parties without express written consent from the executive board in Muscat is a violation of international copyright and trade secret protections.

Boundaries of Liability
While Oman Data Methodology strives for 100% accuracy in our reports and analytics hub services, data analysis is inherently subject to the quality of the raw inputs and external market variables beyond our control.
"We provide tools for decision support, not financial or legal guarantees. The final strategic choice and its ensuing consequences remain the sole responsibility of the client organization."
In no event shall Oman Data Methodology be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the information provided. We aim to mitigate risk, but we do not eliminate the fundamental uncertainty of business environments.

We aim for 99.9% uptime for the analytics hub. However, scheduled maintenance is necessary to deploy new methodologies. Users will be notified 48 hours in advance of any planned suspension of services.
Oman Data Methodology reserves the right to suspend access if a breach of ethics or non-payment is detected. We prefer dialogue, but provide a 30-day notice period for administrative terminations.
Our platform may integrate API data from external business sources. While we vet these sources, we are not responsible for the independent policies or downtime of third-party data providers.
Events beyond our reasonable control—including natural disasters, telecommunication failures, or state-level cyber emergencies—exempt us from service level agreements during the duration of the event.
Jurisdiction of Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from the participation in our business analytics hub shall be resolved through arbitration in Muscat, ensuring a fair and localized legal process for all parties involved.
